EPIC Terms and Conditions

1. Operator, scope, and agreement

These Terms address EPIC services offered by CTEK123 LLC ("CTEK123," "we," "us," or "our") at ctek123.pro. The feature, plan, or separate offer you select identifies the service available to you. A planned or advertised integration does not by itself grant access to capabilities that are not actually offered.

"You" means the person using or accepting the relevant service, or an entity that person has authority to represent. Accepting for a client, employer, or workspace requires actual authority. An account name alone is not evidence of that authority.

CTEK123 must present the relevant Terms and obtain agreement where required before relying on them as a contract. Merely viewing a policy page is not proof of consent to a new contract or optional data use. These replacement Terms do not erase accrued rights or automatically replace a separately signed agreement. An express, specific agreement controls within its scope, subject to mandatory law.

The Complete Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy/ explains personal-information handling and includes the AI-use section at /legal/privacy/#ai-use. There is no separate AI Use Policy. Rules concerning AI conduct and authorization apply to AI use under these Terms, but Privacy acknowledgment is not blanket training, advertising, or action consent.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and authority

Use the Services only where permitted by applicable law and the eligibility conditions actually presented for the feature. Do not misrepresent age, identity, affiliation, or authority. Where a person cannot legally enter the relevant agreement, the necessary lawful authorization must be obtained; a general policy acknowledgment does not establish it.

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Use only accounts, content, and workspace roles that you are entitled to access. Report suspected unauthorized access to ctek123@gmail.com. Do not share credentials to evade access limits or obtain another person's private information.

Workspace administrators remain responsible for the instructions and permissions they give. Access to a workspace does not transfer ownership of other people's content or override their rights. CTEK123 retains responsibility for its own obligations and conduct.

3. Features, limits, and changes

Included features, allowances, restrictions, support, and prices are determined by the applicable offer. A free feature can have usage limits; a paid account does not automatically include every experimental or third-party capability.

CTEK123 may maintain and develop the Services, address abuse, and comply with legal or provider requirements. Changes affecting an express paid commitment remain subject to that commitment and applicable notice or remedy requirements. These Terms do not promise a particular uptime, response time, or future feature unless an applicable offer expressly provides one.

A preview or experimental feature should not be treated as a guarantee of continuing availability or suitability for consequential use. Any description of its limitations must be accurate and must not override mandatory protections.

4. Payments, renewals, cancellation, and refunds

You owe only charges that were disclosed and authorized under the offer you accepted. The offer must identify the relevant price, currency, billing frequency, included allowances, material restrictions, and applicable tax treatment. An AI suggestion or announcement is not an authorization to charge you.

A recurring service requires the disclosures and affirmative authorization applicable to that offer. Trial conversion, renewal amount and timing, price changes, and the actual cancellation mechanism must be explained where required. These Terms do not independently enroll you in a subscription.

Use the cancellation mechanism provided with the offer or contact ctek123@gmail.com about an unavailable or unclear cancellation process. Cancelling a connected social account, deleting a conversation, or ending a chat does not necessarily cancel a separate paid service. The effective time of cancellation and remaining access are governed by the accepted offer and mandatory law, not by an invented rule in an AI response.

Refunds, mistaken or unauthorized charges, unused balances, and disputed payments are addressed under the applicable offer and law. These Terms do not impose a blanket no-refunds rule or waive mandatory remedies. No additional charge or waiver of rights may be invented as a condition for exercising an applicable cancellation right.

Where a third-party merchant or app store provides a separate paid service, its terms may also apply. CTEK123 must accurately identify its own role; a reference to a provider does not excuse obligations that remain with CTEK123.

5. Your content and service permissions

You retain the rights you hold in content you provide. Supply only content for which you have the authority and permissions required for the processing, audience, and action you request. The ability to export a conversation does not give unrestricted rights over every participant's information.

To provide the requested service, you permit CTEK123 to host, copy, format, process, and transmit the content within the scope of your authorized instruction and the applicable agreement. An authorized public post can be displayed to its selected audience. A private upload does not itself authorize advertising use, public posting, or general-model training.

Any permission for a provider must be limited to the permitted purpose and applicable arrangements. Service permission does not transfer ownership or continue beyond the legitimate purpose and lawful retention. Existing recipient or platform copies do not enlarge CTEK123's own permissions. The Privacy Policy addresses relevant retention and deletion distinctions.

6. AI outputs and human review

AI output is generated by software and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inappropriate, nonunique, or unsuitable. Review important output before relying on it or communicating it to others. Obtain qualified advice where the situation requires it. Do not present generated content as a verified fact, a professional judgment, or an endorsement it does not have.

You may use output supplied to you within the applicable offer and these Terms, subject to third-party rights and any relevant provider conditions. This does not guarantee copyright, exclusivity, non-infringement, or ownership of rights CTEK123 cannot grant.

An AI persona is not a human or a substitute for emergency assistance. A user-review obligation is not a waiver of every claim involving an AI feature, and an AI disclaimer does not remove CTEK123's applicable duties.

7. External actions and connected services

Drafting a message is not sending it. Producing a caption is not publishing it. Suggesting a purchase is not making it. Each action must remain within actual authorization, account access, provider permissions, recipient consent, and any applicable messaging or operation limits.

Policy acceptance is not unlimited authority to act on your behalf. A permitted automation must have a defined scope and respect applicable pause, revocation, and opt-out controls. Connecting an account does not allow EPIC to exceed the permissions the provider grants or to bypass a person's refusal to receive messages.

Providers can impose their own terms, limits, outages, and changes. Disconnection, stopping queued activity, deleting stored content, and cancelling an EPIC plan are distinct actions. Contact CTEK123 when a control does not clearly explain its effect. These Terms do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability or waive remedies for an express service commitment.

8. Acceptable use

Do not obtain unauthorized access, bypass security or account boundaries, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, or evade reasonable usage and safety controls. Do not use the Services to defraud, stalk, harass, exploit minors, disclose private information without authority, create nonconsensual intimate material, or infringe intellectual-property, voice, likeness, or other rights.

Do not deceptively impersonate a person, misrepresent endorsement, exploit inferred vulnerabilities through deceptive emotional manipulation, or evade recipient opt-outs and provider restrictions. Obtain necessary rights and identify synthetic content where the context, law, or platform requires it.

These restrictions should not be interpreted to prohibit lawful criticism, reporting, research, or support-seeking simply because a discussion concerns harmful conduct. CTEK123 does not promise that every misuse is detected or that every interaction is continuously reviewed by a human.

9. Intellectual property and reports

CTEK123 and its licensors retain their rights in the Services, except for rights you retain or are expressly granted. Access to the service does not grant rights to another person's brand, voice, image, protected work, or private information.

Send privacy, infringement, impersonation, abuse, and security reports to ctek123@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the material or issue without unnecessary sensitive details. A report must be addressed using the procedure appropriate to the claim and applicable law. This general contact does not represent that a particular statutory agent registration or formal notice procedure has been established.

10. Restrictions, termination, and your information

You may stop using the Services. Use the relevant account, plan, or request process to address associated closure, cancellation, export, and deletion needs; stopping use alone may not accomplish each action.

CTEK123 may restrict access proportionately to address serious misuse, a security or safety risk, material breach, nonpayment, or a legal or provider requirement. Where appropriate and practicable, an explanation and route for review should be provided. Urgent protective action may precede notice.

Termination does not erase accrued rights, mandatory remedies, or applicable information-handling duties. Requests for information you are entitled to receive should be assessed with regard to security, legal requirements, technical capability, and other people's rights. These Terms do not promise a specific export window or justify arbitrary retention of unrelated information as punishment.

11. Service limitations and responsibility

CTEK123 remains responsible for express promises and duties that cannot lawfully be excluded. Online services, AI systems, and third-party dependencies can fail or produce errors. No general assurance of uninterrupted operation, perfect output, or suitability for every purpose is made here.

Responsibility for a dispute is determined under the applicable agreement and law. These Terms do not introduce a monetary liability cap, a blanket exclusion of all consequential loss, or a general user indemnity. They do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A user's review or credential responsibility does not excuse conduct for which CTEK123 is responsible.

12. Disputes and mandatory rights

Contact ctek123@gmail.com to raise a service or contractual concern. Informal contact does not prevent an available regulator complaint, urgent remedy, court claim, or other nonwaivable right.

These Terms do not introduce compulsory arbitration, a class-action waiver, a special contractual filing deadline, or an exclusive forum. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under the governing legal rules and any valid, relevant separate agreement. A developer's location or website address does not itself establish an agreed forum.

13. Changes and notices

A replacement version applies prospectively when published and accepted where required. It does not silently expand permission for earlier information, turn historical policy acknowledgment into new optional consent, or override accrued rights.

Material changes require the notice, renewed agreement, or additional permission applicable to the actual change. An express agreement or mandatory legal notice rule controls over a general statement about changes. Relevant versions and evidence of choices should be preserved.

A failure to enforce a rule once is not a general waiver. An invalid term does not automatically invalidate unrelated terms to the extent consistent with applicable law and the agreement's purpose. An assignment or transfer must respect applicable rights and cannot expand data-use permissions merely by changing the service operator.
