Complete Privacy Policy
1. Scope and contact
CTEK123 LLC ("CTEK123," "we," "us," or "our") provides EPIC at ctek123.pro. This Policy describes personal-information handling in connection with the EPIC features you use, including account management, connected social accounts, conversation imports and Inbox features, and AI interactions. AI use is addressed within this Policy rather than in a separate AI Use Policy.
You can contact CTEK123 at ctek123@gmail.com about privacy, AI processing, access, correction, deletion, or this Policy. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive documents with an initial request.
This Policy covers account holders, visitors, people acting for a workspace, and other people whose information is included in connected-account activity or an upload. A customer may also have responsibilities for information it chooses to put into its workspace. A customer's instructions or notices do not remove obligations that CTEK123 retains under applicable law.
The Terms and Conditions govern service use. Reading or acknowledging this Policy is not blanket consent for optional training, advertising, sensitive-data processing, or external actions. Those uses require the permissions and other conditions applicable to them.
2. Information and its sources
The information involved depends on your use of the Services and the permissions you grant. You can provide information directly, through authorized workspace users, through an account connection, or through a conversation or file import. Connected platforms and people communicating with a connected account can supply information about people who do not have an EPIC account.
Account information includes contact details, usernames, profile information, account and workspace identifiers, roles, preferences, and authentication or session records. These records support access to the account, account selection, support, and security.
Connected-service information includes provider account and participant identifiers, permission scopes, connection status, and authorization credentials needed for a supported integration. A connection does not mean that every capability of that platform is available in EPIC.
Conversation and upload information includes message content, participant information, timestamps, attachments, files, and import metadata. It may include information about other people. A private conversation remains subject to the rights of its participants even when an account holder is able to export it.
AI information includes your prompts, supplied context, outputs, feedback, saved preferences or memory, and derived information such as summaries, retrieval representations, or inferred labels where the relevant feature uses them. Section 6 explains why storing a conversation, retrieving context, and training a model are different activities.
Technical information includes IP addresses, browser or device information, request times, session identifiers, and error or security records generated in providing the service. Public content is information you choose to place on an intentionally public profile or publication surface. Support and commercial records include communications, transaction or subscription status, and records associated with any offer you actually purchase.
A feature description does not authorize collection from an account you have not connected, from an inaccessible private source, or through permissions a platform has not granted.
3. Purposes and permissions
CTEK123 uses information to provide the feature requested, maintain accounts and authorized workspace access, organize and display connected or imported information, respond to support requests, operate AI features as explained below, investigate misuse, maintain service security, and handle legal or transaction records where relevant.
Only information appropriate to an authorized request should be supplied as AI context. Requesting a response does not grant unrestricted permission to repurpose private conversation archives, publish them, contact their participants, or change a connected account.
Where applicable law requires consent for a purpose, the consent must relate to that purpose and must be obtained through an appropriate process. Where another basis applies, it must actually support the processing. This Policy does not override required platform permissions, restrictions on provider data, or another person's rights.
You are responsible for having the authority needed for an upload, connection, or instruction. CTEK123 remains responsible for its own conduct and applicable obligations; the ability to upload information is not proof that every requested use is permitted.
4. Visibility, recipients, and third-party services
Information can be visible to the authorized people within the account or workspace and to recipients you select for a supported action. Information intentionally published to a public surface can be read and copied by other people. Uploading information to a private workflow does not by itself authorize public display.
Providing a feature can involve service providers or connected platforms supporting hosting, storage, authentication, AI processing, payments, security, or support. A provider receives the information required for its role in the relevant processing, subject to the applicable arrangements and restrictions. A provider's independent service, account, and data practices may be governed by its own notices and terms.
Do not assume that an authorized workspace administrator, support process, or security investigation can never involve human access. Access and disclosure must have an identified purpose and appropriate authority. Contact us with a question about who can access information in a particular feature before supplying sensitive material.
Relevant information may also be disclosed when lawfully required, to investigate fraud or misuse, to protect safety or legal rights, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable restrictions. A business transfer does not by itself authorize new uses inconsistent with prior commitments.
This Policy grants no blanket permission to sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or allow a provider to repurpose private content for an unrelated purpose. Any such actual practice must be specifically disclosed and meet applicable notice, choice, permission, and provider requirements. Applicable requests to opt out of a use or disclosure can be directed to the contact in Section 1.
5. Cookies and device storage
Session cookies and similar browser storage can support sign-in, security, account continuity, and saved interface preferences. Technical requests also produce operational and security records. Browser controls can limit or remove cookies and local storage, although removing required session information may sign you out or affect a requested function.
A general Privacy acknowledgment is not consent to optional tracking. Where nonessential technologies or advertising activities require an additional notice or choice, those must be provided for the actual technology and purpose. Do not interpret a decorative or inactive link as evidence that a consent choice has been recorded. You may also contact us with questions or applicable requests about cookies or tracking.
6. AI use, memory, training, and safety
6.1 AI identity and reliability
An AI response is generated by software. It is not a statement by a human, evidence of a human relationship, a professional diagnosis, or a guarantee that the response is accurate. AI may produce false, biased, incomplete, inappropriate, or nonunique material, including confident statements about people. Review important output before relying on it or sharing it.
AI features are not an emergency-response service. Do not rely on them for urgent assistance or assume that a person is continuously monitoring a conversation. These limits do not remove safety or disclosure obligations that apply to the service operator.
6.2 Inference, stored history, and retrieval
Inference means processing a request and its selected context to produce a response. Depending on the feature and configuration, that context can include recent messages, settings, selected documents, or relevant saved information.
Stored conversation history and memory support continuity across interactions. Summaries, preferences, and retrieval representations may be different records from the original messages. An embedding is a machine-readable representation used for tasks such as retrieval; calling it an embedding does not establish that it is anonymous or outside privacy protections.
A saved preference or retrieved paragraph does not necessarily mean a model's weights have been changed. Removing an item from a visible conversation does not necessarily remove a separate saved memory or retrieval record. Section 7 explains the distinct deletion questions to raise.
6.3 Feedback, evaluation, and model training
Feedback can record a correction, a quality signal, or the intended response route. Evaluation examines quality, safety, or a reported issue. Training changes a model or creates a model artifact using selected examples. These are distinct from simply answering a prompt.
The EPIC private-learning workflow separates an enabled weight-learning setting from permission to use particular feedback as a training example. The existence of that workflow is not a statement that every account, integration, provider, or model uses the same data settings.
Connecting an account, accepting Terms, acknowledging Privacy, or submitting a prompt does not itself grant permission for optional training or general-purpose model improvement. A separate training use must identify the information and purpose involved and satisfy the relevant permissions, participant rights, and provider restrictions. A user's authorization cannot override a provider's prohibition on using its data for training.
Contact CTEK123 for information about processing by the model or provider used for your request. Do not infer an unverified promise of zero provider retention, local-only processing, no human access, or universal exclusion from training from this general Policy.
6.4 Sensitive information and inferred labels
Avoid submitting unnecessary secrets, credentials, highly sensitive records, or other people's private material. Conversations can reveal sensitive information even when no form asks for it. An inferred emotional, relationship, or preference label is a software inference, not an established fact or a clinical assessment.
Users must not use inferred vulnerabilities to deceive or exploit a person, encourage harmful dependency, or carry out unlawful discrimination. A new high-impact use, including decisions affecting employment, housing, credit, insurance, or comparable interests, requires appropriate authorization and safeguards; an ordinary chatbot interaction is not permission for that use.
6.5 Content rights and prohibited uses
Use AI features lawfully and within your authority. Do not use them to obtain unauthorized access, expose private information, deceive people about identity or endorsement, defraud, stalk, harass, exploit minors, create nonconsensual intimate material, infringe rights, or evade a recipient's refusal to receive messages.
Obtain the necessary rights before supplying another person's voice, likeness, image, protected work, or private communications. Clearly identify synthetic content where required by law, platform rules, or the context necessary to avoid deception. These restrictions do not prohibit legitimate reporting, criticism, research, or support-seeking that is otherwise lawful and permitted.
6.6 Actions, connected accounts, and withdrawal
Generating a draft is not the same as sending a message, publishing a post, making a purchase, or changing an account. An external action must have its own actual authorization and remain within the account, recipient, platform permissions, messaging limits, and consent that apply to it.
Policy acknowledgment is not an unlimited authorization for autonomous action. Approved automation must remain within its defined scope. A pause, opt-out, revocation, or permission loss must be handled according to the applicable action and recipient controls; it must not be treated as a new invitation to act.
Provider disconnection, stopping future ingestion, cancelling queued activity, withdrawing an optional processing permission, and deleting retained information can require different operations. Contact us when an available control does not explain or achieve the effect you need.
6.7 Companion features and reporting
A companion-style interface is still software. A persona does not establish a human relationship, a professional qualification, or a promise of continuous crisis monitoring. In-product identity notices and safety handling must meet the requirements applicable to the actual feature; this webpage is not a substitute for those controls.
Report concerning output, impersonation, privacy issues, or suspected misuse to ctek123@gmail.com. Do not use an ordinary support mailbox as an emergency channel. Appropriate restrictions or investigations may follow a report, without removing applicable user rights or implying that every problem will be detected automatically.
7. Retention, disconnection, and deletion
Retention depends on the information's purpose and any applicable legal obligation. Relevant criteria include whether an account or requested feature remains active, whether information is needed to carry out a current instruction, an outstanding transaction or dispute, security investigation requirements, and the scope of a valid deletion or withdrawal request. These criteria do not authorize indefinite retention for unrelated possible future uses.
A request can concern original messages and uploads, saved summaries or memories, retrieval representations, training examples, provider copies, or backups. Specify the scope you need. Deleting one visible record is not necessarily the same operation as deleting every derived copy or changing a trained model.
CTEK123 must assess applicable deletion obligations and explain relevant limitations rather than treating a technical limitation as a blanket exemption. Information retained for a lawful exception should be limited to that purpose. Revoking a connection does not erase copies already held by another participant or independently by a platform.
This Policy does not promise a fixed retention period, immediate erasure from every backup, or guaranteed reversal of all trained-model effects. Contact us for the retention or deletion treatment of a particular data category or feature. Where applicable law requires a specific period, response deadline, or additional information, those requirements remain applicable.
8. Security
Account controls, authorization boundaries, protected credentials, and security processes are intended to limit unauthorized access and misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not share passwords or tokens, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the contact in Section 1.
This Policy does not claim end-to-end encryption, a security certification, or freedom from all incidents. Limitations of technology do not excuse CTEK123 from applicable security and incident-response duties.
9. Children and teenagers
Age-specific requirements apply to personal information and service use. Providing an age declaration or obtaining an adult's assistance does not automatically satisfy those requirements. A person must not provide information about a child where they lack the authority or required permission for the proposed processing.
Parents, guardians, and other affected people can contact CTEK123 about information concerning a minor. CTEK123 must assess the actual circumstances, authority of the requester, and applicable requirements, including whether information should be restricted or removed. A guardian relationship is not automatic entitlement to unrestricted access to another person's communications.
This general Policy does not announce or authorize a new service directed to children. Any youth-specific feature requires appropriate eligibility, notices, permissions, and protections for its actual audience before it is offered.
10. Requests and choices
Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a portable copy, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of particular disclosures or automated uses. Applicable rights and regulator complaint routes are not limited by this Policy.
Send requests to ctek123@gmail.com, identifying the relevant account or information and the action requested. CTEK123 may need proportionate verification of your identity or authority to avoid disclosing another person's information. Initial contact should not include unnecessary sensitive identification or credentials.
When information is processed for a customer-controlled workspace, the customer may need to participate in responding. CTEK123 retains any duties applicable to its own role. Requests from people without an EPIC account, authorized agents, or guardians must be evaluated according to their authority and applicable law.
Where a request cannot be fulfilled, an explanation and any applicable appeal route must be provided as required. Applicable response deadlines and protections against unlawful discrimination remain in effect. Closing an account, cancelling a paid plan, disconnecting a provider, and requesting deletion can have different effects; specify each action you need.
11. Processing locations
Using an online service or connecting another platform can involve processing in locations different from your own. The location and role of recipients depend on the actual hosting, platform, and model arrangements for the feature. This Policy does not represent that all information remains on one device or in one country.
Contact CTEK123 for information about the arrangements relevant to your use. Where international-transfer restrictions or required safeguards apply, they must be met; acknowledgment of this Policy does not waive them or establish that a particular transfer mechanism has been adopted.
12. Changes and existing information
This version applies prospectively when published. It does not reconstruct a lost original, backdate a permission, or make a materially different use of earlier information lawful merely by announcing it here.
Changes must be accompanied by the notice, renewed agreement, or additional permission required for the actual change. Version history and records of choices should be preserved. Contact CTEK123 about a prior commitment or permission that affects your information.
